'Polywko łowięzio' soup
Wash the meat, pour cold water over it and simmer. Halfway through the cooking process, add the soup stock vegetables, season with salt, pepper and soup seasoning.
Mince the liver, add the onions, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and marjoram. Place teaspoonfuls of the mixture into boiling, salted water; when cooked, drain and add to the soup.
This meal was prepared by the Country Homemakers’ Association from Łączka during the 2nd "Silesian Tastes Festival 2007" in Cieszyn . The Team won 3rd place in amateur category.
