Aspic/ onion/ parsley/ pepper


Traditional Silesian aspic is a popular starter. It is usually made of knuckle of pork. Served with chopped onion, parsley, vinegar and bread. Originally served. 

It is served at the Moodro Restaurant, which belongs to the Silesian Tastes Culinary Trail.
