Bouillion with poultry liver dumplings

Ingredients:

  • 50 dag meat for stock – mixed (beef, pork, poultry)
  • 20 dag mixed vegetables
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 20 dag poultry liver
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • salt
  • pepper

 

Directions:

Make stock of meat, mixed vegetables, salt and pepper. Mince liver with onion and garlic, add breadcrumbs and spices to taste. With a teaspoon, put small liver dumplings in the strained, boiling stock.
